In 2018, I got the opportunity to take up a more challenging role with the new store opening in White City. I eagerly took this opportunity up as I was longing to work in a bigger, busier, full-line shop. I was in the department of Fabrics and Furnishings. Alongside this, I am also a practitioner of Heartfulness meditation.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"b__quote l__space\" id=\"block-3-quote\">\n\t<div class=\"l__container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"b__quote__inner b__quote--gold animate hidden slideUp\" data-delay=\"1\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload b__quote__tapestry desktop\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jlpjobs.com\/wp-content\/themes\/em-jlp\/assets\/images\/icons\/tapestries\/png\/light-orange-arrows.png\" alt=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"lazyload b__quote__tapestry mobile\" style=\"background-image: url('https:\/\/www.jlpjobs.com\/wp-content\/themes\/em-jlp\/assets\/images\/icons\/tapestries\/png\/light-orange-arrows-long.png');\" role=\"img\" aria-label=\"Tapestry Design\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"quote\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>&#8220;<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<p>My meditation helps keep my mind focused and deal with various situations efficiently. Due to my passion for helping others and willingness to learn new things, I am able to thrive here.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\t\n\n\n<section class=\"b__text__block l__space white\" id=\"block-4-text-block\">\n\t\t<div class=\"l__container\">\n\t\t<p>As a result of my passion and interest in spirituality, I am currently a Wellness champion in my store and a committee member of the Faith &amp; Belief community. I am currently organising meditation sessions for the Partners in my store and virtually for all others across the Partnership for a holistic approach to the wellbeing of the mind, body and soul.<\/p>\n<p>In 2021\/22 I was fortunate enough to be a part of the Diwali celebrations and be mentioned in the Gazette (our internal magazine publication), along with a recipe video with Daniel Blackburn.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"b__text__block l__space white\" id=\"block-5-text-block\">\n\t\t<div class=\"l__container\">\n\t\t<p>I enjoyed showcasing to Partners how I celebrate Diwali, which was even featured on the website!<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"b__text__block l__space white\" id=\"block-6-text-block\">\n\t\t<div class=\"l__container\">\n\t\t<p><strong>At the John Lewis Partnership, we want all of our Partners (employees) to find happier ways of working, like Meeta.
