What is an employee ownership trust?<\/h2>\n

At the heart of employee ownership is an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). Think of it as a safety net of shared success. An EOT is a structure where a trust owns a big part\u2014or all\u2014of the company on behalf of the employees.<\/p>\n
